Skills
- Proven leadership and people management experience in warehouse/fulfillment
- Strong KPI tracking and data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment operations
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement
- Ability to enforce safety standards and maintain regulatory compliance
- Recruiting, training, and coaching frontline operations teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration across peers and leadership
Responsibilities
- Manage distribution, customer service, HR, and recruiting activities for the facility
- Set goals, hire, train, coach, and motivate team members on the night shift
- Monitor and manage performance KPIs and key operational metrics
- Use data-driven analysis to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee receiving, storage, handling, and shipping to maintain product safety and quality
- Share best practices and facility insights with other locations and headquarters
- Support additional duties as assigned by General Manager
Education
- Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management or related (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required/preferred minimum
