Responsibilities
- Oversee distribution, customer service, recruiting, and HR activities for the facility
- Manage and track performance KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans
- Use data-driven analysis to identify operational improvements and growth opportunities
- Hire, train, coach and motivate team members; set and manage team goals
- Establish, enforce and monitor safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, handling, and shipping processes
- Share best practices and operational intelligence with other locations and HQ
- Support General Manager as needed and perform additional duties as assigned
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience in operations leadership considered
