Responsibilities
- Own and manage the email marketing channel focusing on growth, performance, and engagement.
- Serve as the main contact and project lead for the email marketing agency.
- Build and manage the email campaign calendar aligned with product launches and seasonal initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Planning, and eCommerce teams.
- Oversee testing and optimization of email elements to improve open and click-through rates.
- Collaborate on email list health, segmentation, lifecycle strategies, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and visual standards in communications.
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
