Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3 years experience with diverse families; knowledge of health and wellness interventions; strong coaching abilities; proficiency with quality improvement tools.
Qualifications: Master’s degree or R.N. is preferred; flexible hours; valid driver’s license and transportation required; background check and physical exam necessary.
Location: Milwaukee, WI, with local or long-distance travel up to 10%
Compensation: $50000 - $59000 / Annually
