Qualifications: An Associate’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is required; 2+ years of communications experience, familiarity with early childhood education preferred, and Spanish bilingual skills are a bonus.
Location: Remote in Wisconsin with up to 30% local or long-distance travel required.
Compensation: $58444 / Annually

Your Role:
As the Communications & Outreach Specialist, you will support YoungStar Connect’s mission to elevate early education and out of school time care providers by driving internal and external communications. This role focuses on implementing outreach strategies, managing social media and newsletter content, producing high-quality materials, and engaging stakeholders to strengthen the program’s visibility and impact. The Specialist will collaborate with the content, ERS rating, help desk, and coaching teams to customize, develop and/or deliver a wide range of communication content, which includes digital and print materials.
