- Proficiency with logistics software and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data/analytics tools to track KPIs
- Project management and process design experience
- Ability to recruit, train, and lead dispersed field teams
- Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Scout contact for third-party vehicle processing providers and sites.
- Lead onboarding, SOW and contract development, process design, and systems integration with vendor partners.
- Develop and execute rollout plans to activate operations at provider locations nationwide.
- Coordinate with Scout Digital, IT, Logistics, Sales Operations, Quality and other teams to align requirements and launch readiness.
- Recruit, train, and manage small field teams to oversee daily execution at each processing location.
- Monitor site-level performance with KPIs and audits and drive continuous improvement with suppliers.
- Resolve real-time operational issues and act as escalation point for field teams and partners.
- Support development of North American finished vehicle logistics strategy, including truck and rail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party leadership and regularly report progress to senior stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business or related field preferred
- Relevant vocational training or professional certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
