The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital strategies across SEO, paid media, web analytics, and AI-driven workflows. This hybrid role blends analytical depth with hands-on implementation and is ideal for a marketer who thrives on experimentation, performance insights, and measurable outcomes for healthcare and life sciences clients. The specialist will leverage AI tools and automation to strengthen content, targeting, testing, and predictive performance modeling.
Strategy & Execution
Build integrated strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social, and programmatic aligned with client objectives.
Incorporate AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, Jasper, Midjourney, AdCreative.ai) to enhance segmentation, creative development, and optimization.
Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans with measurable KPIs.
Identify and pilot emerging platforms, ad formats, and AI-driven enhancements.
SEO & Content Optimization
Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and on-page/off-page improvements using Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Develop AI-assisted workflows for clustering, metadata optimization, and performance forecasting.
Paid Media
Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
Use AI for creative testing, bidding, audience expansion, and copy variation.
Analytics & Reporting
Configure and interpret GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards.
Deliver clear insights, trends, and data-backed recommendations.
Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaigns and user experiences.
Experience
3–5 years in a digital marketing role focused on SEO and paid media.
Practical experience using AI in marketing (agent creation, content generation, workflow automation, optimization).
Deep familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and GA4.
Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, GTM, and Looker Studio.
Experience in healthcare, pharma, or biotech marketing is a plus.
Certifications such as Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, or AI platforms (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT API workflows) are a plus.
Experience in small or fast-growing agencies is an advantage.
