Sandisk is seeking a creative and innovative Director of Corporate Digital & Content to lead digital communication and content strategy, overseeing a team to develop and execute content across our internal and external digital platforms. This role will serve as the strategic and creative leader for all digital communications and content initiatives, ensuring Sandisk’s voice is consistent, compelling and aligned with the company’s corporate brand and business objectives. This role bridges storytelling, design, technology and corporate reputation management across multiple platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the corporate digital content strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive narrative across corporate channels to strengthen brand identity and engagement.
• Lead content innovation: Oversee creation of high-impact assets—web copy, intranet articles, blogs, graphics, social media, and video—optimized for diverse audiences.
• Drive digital channel performance: Manage corporate websites and social platforms, ensuring best-in-class user experience and brand consistency.
• Leverage analytics for growth: Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
• Inspire and develop talent: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of digital and content professionals.
• Collaborate across the enterprise: Partner with marketing, internal & executive communications, executive leadership team and business units to align digital initiatives with corporate priorities.

REQUIRED:

• Strategic leadership: Proven ability to set vision and translate it into actionable plans.
• Digital expertise: Deep knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and emerging digital trends.
• Design: Experience directing a creative design and video team. Graphic design experience a plus.
• Team leadership: Track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams; strong project management and budget oversight.
• Cross-functional influence: Skilled at driving alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional communication: Ability to craft compelling narratives and present to senior executives.
• Data-driven mindset: Proficiency in analytics tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

Compensation & Benefits Details

• An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
• The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
• You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.  Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
