Acumen Solutions, Inc. (a Salesforce company) seeks Director, Technical Consulting in Mclean, VA:
 

Job Duties: Serve as a Trusted Advisor, driving conversations with customers Enterprise Architects and Business Stakeholders, and providing guidance and best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Integration, Development Process, Testing, Environment Management, and Application Governance. Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform. Advise and mentor diverse teams, which includes internal direct reports, customer, and partner resources in technical and functional delivery aspects at a program level. Work to maximize the team's efficiency, productivity, and performance. Ensure team members have what they need to succeed, from hardware to software to advice and/or assistance from other architects. Contribute to the growth of the Services Practice by identifying and leading internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice, leveraging teammates to achieve individual as well as team growth. Support long term employee success with a focus on coaching, development, and building a high-performance team, including hiring, and retaining talent. Telecommuting is permitted. May be assigned to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field)).
 

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Enterprise Architecture; (2) Strategic Roadmap Planning; (3) Program Governance, and COE; (4) Public Sector Domain Expertise; (5) Cloud Technologies; (6) Salesforce Org Strategy and Security Assessment; (7) Salesforce Design and Implementation; (8) Release Management and DevOps Strategy; (9) Identity Management; (10) Integration and Data Architecture; (11) Salesforce Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud; (12) Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components; (13) Agile/Waterfall methodology; (14) Design Thinking Methodology; (15) Mentoring and Leading IT teams. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. May be assigned to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. 
 

Salary: $223,912.00 - $334,600.00 per annum.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $223,912 to $334,600.

For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $223,912 to $334,600.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $223,912 to $334,600.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $223,912 to $334,600.

For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $223,912 to $334,600.
