We're a small team of former Google and Stripe engineers dedicated to solving the complex challenges of productionizing AI for software engineering at scale.
The Role
As a Software Engineer on our Product team, you'll play a pivotal role in building and scaling the developer experience of our fast growing user base. You'll work with customers, product managers, and engineers to shape the future of Runloop's platform.
Responsibilities
Spearheading new features for AI agents to run quickly and performantly.
Building our platform to provide delightful user experiences.
Developing cutting-edge model benchmarks and AI tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on creating user-facing products.
Proficiency with Typescript, React, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with backend languages such as Java, Python, and Rust.
Experience designing and building APIs and developer-facing interfaces
Strong product sense and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
Bonus Points
Experience building developer tools, SDKs, or platform products
Knowledge of API design best practices and developer experience optimization
Familiarity with popular developer tools like Claude Code, VS Code extensions, or CLI tools
