Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact and build trust-based relationships with property owners for all STR matters
- Educate owners on STR strategies, portfolio performance, and market trends
- Underwrite properties using market data and pricing tools to assess revenue potential
- Collaborate with revenue management and operations to optimize occupancy and pricing
- Advise owners on CapEx priorities, maintenance best practices, and cost management
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to owners
- Monitor and advise on regulatory compliance for STR permits, taxes, and safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functionally to improve owner communication, reporting, and technology tools
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant industry certifications or training in property management or hospitality are a plus
