- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience expediting parts and resolving supply-chain related production issues
- Basic data entry and record-keeping accuracy
Responsibilities
- Manage fulfilment within MRP for production work orders and release kit requests to inventory
- Expedite subassemblies and coordinate prioritization to support integration timelines
- Monitor and clear blockers preventing completion of production orders (issue tickets, part shortages, yield loss)
- Follow up with production areas for status updates on open work orders and provide regular status reporting
- Work cross-functionally with inventory, procurement, manufacturing, and engineering teams to resolve issues
- Support production planners in scheduling and material availability tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager relevant to the role
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
