Skills
- 5+ years in strategy, operations, or consulting in tech or high-growth environments
- Proven track record of identifying and executing high-impact initiatives
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data to inform decisions
- Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL experience is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with product launches, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Lead development of new products and business lines from concept through launch
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal to onboard partners and support operations
- Improve product performance, unit economics, and operational efficiency through strategic programs
- Own vendor relationships, including cost management, communications, and performance reporting
- Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Partner with external vendors and stakeholders to operationalize agreements and scale offerings
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
