Strategy & Operations Manager, Money - job 1 of 2

Robinhood is building the next generation of banking and spending products to democratize finance. The Money team seeks a Strategy & Operations Manager to scale existing products, unlock new business opportunities, and run cross-functional strategic initiatives that improve operations, unit economics, and partner performance.

Skills

  • 5+ years in strategy, operations, or consulting in tech or high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of identifying and executing high-impact initiatives
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data to inform decisions
  • Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience with product launches, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of new products and business lines from concept through launch
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal to onboard partners and support operations
  • Improve product performance, unit economics, and operational efficiency through strategic programs
  • Own vendor relationships, including cost management, communications, and performance reporting
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Partner with external vendors and stakeholders to operationalize agreements and scale offerings

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
