Riot Hospitality Group is currently looking for a General Manager to join our team! Please note that this position will be located in-venue in Nashville, TN.
We're searching for a candidate who can:
- Manage and coordinate all daily operations within the venue to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators.
- Lead, train, and develop staff at all levels.
- Oversee guest services and proactively resolve issues, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent quality of ingredients, food, and beverage preparation in alignment with brand and service standards.
- Create, manage, and adjust staff schedules to align with business needs, labor budgets, and guest volume.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in food service, nightlife, or other related fields.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
