Skills
- Strong experience in software engineering with expertise in full-stack architecture
- Proficiency in Kotlin or similar languages
- Front-end development experience
- Experience with cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Advanced understanding of system design, scalable architectures and automated testing
- Proficiency with SQL or other database technologies
- Experience with data ingestion, pipelines, or ETL workflows
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to guide technical projects and contribute as a hands-on engineer
- Familiarity with APIs and metadata handling
- Comfortable with hybrid work environments
Responsibilities
- Own and enhance high-throughput data ingestion services to normalize customer data and enforce validations
- Design and implement next-generation scalable Transform Engine with advanced execution paths
- Scale ingestion pipelines for multi-million-row files and manage multi-tenant concurrency limits
- Mentor and guide engineering teams through complex technical projects
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features and align designs with business goals
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability in a distributed AWS environment
- Develop high-quality code, automated tests, and conduct code/design reviews
- Promote a culture of learning, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
- Apply modern engineering practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Cursor to enhance productivity and code quality
Education
