Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing client accounts, leading meetings on A/R mitigation, communicating with insurance companies, and coordinating cross-functional team huddles to resolve billing issues.
Skills: Candidates should have ABA billing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have 3-5 years of office experience and familiarity with billing software and EMR systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional experience with mental health billing is a plus.
Location: This position is remote in specified states, including AL, CA, TX, and more, with the primary office located in Indianapolis, IN.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $45,000 - $60,000.
