Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care with high-quality evaluations and treatment (1-hour evals)
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinicians and support staff
- Manage clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, and productivity
- Ensure clinical documentation, billing accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Drive patient satisfaction and referral relationships within the community
- Implement clinical best practices, training, and professional development
- Contribute to business growth initiatives and partnership/ownership pathways
- Support residency, mentorship, and continuing education programs
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent entry-level PT degree
- Active state PT license (TX)
- BLS/CPR certification (current)
