Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Sales Director to lead and expand Resultant's growth in the private sector healthcare domain. This level role is responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy, cultivating C-suite relationships, and driving new business across healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, a strong understanding of digital transformation, data analytics, cloud solutions, and a proven track record of selling complex professional services and technology solutions to enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Some of the qualifications and skills we are expecting include the following:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy for Resultant’s private healthcare vertical.
  • Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and whitespace within the healthcare provider and payer landscape.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with healthcare decision-makers (CIOs, CMIOs, CTOs, COOs, etc.).
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with delivery, marketing, and solution architecture teams to craft tailored value propositions.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to organizational sales maturity.

Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with accurate forecasting.

Additional Information

Travel: Up to 50% of travel to conferences, client meetings and sales presentations.
