Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Claims organization.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management to exceed client expectations.
- Drive a customer-centric approach focused on timely claim resolution and service excellence.
- Establish and optimize organizational structure and staffing to meet current and future needs.
- Analyze claims data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements using proprietary claims systems.
- Develop and enforce compliant policies, procedures, and processes.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing claims team specializing in rideshare transportation claims.
- Consult on complex litigation and coverage matters.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with global claims departments and external partners.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Promote innovation and adoption of new technologies within the claims function.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive professional experience in property and casualty claims.
