About This Role

• Responsible for supporting the Permitting Manager and department in all aspects related to permit packets, including processing, approval, and delivery to the County/City Building Departments

• Prepare and approve permit packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Assist with the preparation, approval, and delivery of permit packages when required

• Maintain compliance with NOC's and Liens with corresponding County Building Departments

• Collaborate with Permit Processors and Runners to efficiently resolve any permitting issues

• Maintain and update company platforms and CRM

• Perform other project-related activities as directed

• Mon-Fri schedule, 8am to 5pm

Key Qualifications

• Outgoing and engaging attitude to build relationship and trust with vendors

• Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in permitting or a related role

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks)

• Attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to local and federal regulations and company policies

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• This position requires a criminal background check
