About This Role
Responsible for supporting the Permitting Manager and department in all aspects related to permit packets, including processing, approval, and delivery to the County/City Building Departments
Prepare and approve permit packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist with the preparation, approval, and delivery of permit packages when required
Maintain compliance with NOC's and Liens with corresponding County Building Departments
Collaborate with Permit Processors and Runners to efficiently resolve any permitting issues
Maintain and update company platforms and CRM
Perform other project-related activities as directed
Mon-Fri schedule, 8am to 5pm
Key Qualifications
Outgoing and engaging attitude to build relationship and trust with vendors
Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in permitting or a related role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks)
Attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to local and federal regulations and company policies
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
This position requires a criminal background check
