Responsibilities
- Perform full lifecycle design of primary and secondary flight structures (concept, analysis, drawings, release).
- Perform structural analysis and sizing using hand calculations and FEA to meet static, dynamic, and fatigue requirements.
- Develop and execute hardware test campaigns, including test integration, operation, and result evaluation.
- Support manufacturing process and tooling development, including design and analysis of fixtures and tooling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with additive, loads & dynamics, test, and manufacturing teams to integrate systems and resolve issues.
- Document designs, decisions, and test results; present recommendations in design reviews and ensure on-time deliverables.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline (required)
