- Capacity planning and factory/warehouse optimization

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in safety, quality, productivity, logistics, and ergonomics using data, simulation, and Lean Six Sigma methods
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to define operational standards, capacity plans, factory / warehouse layouts, and material flow strategies
- Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and audit tools to monitor manufacturing and distribution performance
- Create standard operating procedures and workflow designs that improve workforce efficiency and ensure compliance with safety and ergonomic standards
- Recommend and implement system and process enhancements, including automation and data integrity improvements to support scalable operations
- Perform simulations and time studies to validate capacity and takt, and translate results into production plans and staffing models
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring production issues using structured problem-solving methodologies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field
- Relevant continuous improvement training or certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
