Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to define requirements for industrial automation systems
- Serve as responsible engineer for mechanical system design from concept through production
- Create CAD models, drawings, specifications, and apply GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Rapid-prototype and iterate mechanical designs to meet performance and manufacturability goals
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to derive requirements, set goals, and ensure clear communication
- Ensure designs meet safety, functionality, and tolerance requirements for production handoff
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required)
- Advanced degree in a related discipline (preferred but not required)
