Manager, Infrastructure & Construction Procurement

Relativity Space is building the Terran R launch vehicle and scaling manufacturing to meet growing launch demand. The Supply Chain organization translates design into producible reality; this role will lead the Infrastructure procurement category in Long Beach, owning strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, contracting, and a growing team to deliver cost savings, reduce risk, and support high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own Infrastructure category strategy and execute indirect procurement plans to drive cost savings, improved terms, and reduced supply chain risk
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, PO creation, invoice resolution, and supplier onboarding
  • Lead negotiations and capture cost savings on capital, facilities, services, and other infrastructure spend
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance) to anticipate needs and align sourcing strategies
  • Provide day-to-day management, coaching, and performance accountability for direct reports and expand the team as the organization scales
  • Develop supplier performance metrics, drive supplier continuous improvement, and mitigate supply chain disruptions
  • Partner with procurement leadership to centralize and standardize source-to-pay activities and procurement processes
  • Present recommendations and strategic updates to senior and executive leadership

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain/Operations, Engineering, or similar (required)
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar (preferred)
