Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team producing engine integration hardware (ducts, manifolds, structural brackets).
- Author and maintain work instructions and process procedures for complex assembly manufacture.
- Manage projects, set priorities, communicate progress to leadership, and recruit/hire to grow the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Components Manufacturing, Integration, PBF, Machine Shop, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and Design Engineering.
- Drive on-time hardware delivery to meet program targets and adjust plans to evolving requirements.
- Implement continuous improvement and new product development initiatives for valves and integration components.
- Scale processes from development builds to high-rate production while ensuring quality and manufacturability.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
