- Proven ERP and financial systems implementation and configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and double-entry accounting
- Experience with SOX/ITGC, access controls, and segregation of duties
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Office proficiency
- Stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and effective communication
- Experience defining inventory costing models and supporting cost accounting requirements
- Process documentation, SOP development, and user training
Responsibilities
- Define and execute short- and long-term financial systems strategy to meet current needs and future scale
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Cost Accounting to gather requirements, design solutions, and set inventory costing models
- Collaborate with Enterprise Application Systems (EAS) to design, implement, and support integrated solutions
- Configure and maintain ERP modules, expense/travel platforms, asset tagging tools, and related financial systems
- Lead ITGC strategy including ERP role design, access controls, and segregation of duties to ensure SOX compliance
- Develop and maintain SOPs, user stories, process flows, and training materials for system users and auditors
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide ongoing system support and change management
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
