Skills
- Strong visual and interaction design skills for web and mobile
- Prototyping and high-fidelity craft (e.g., Figma or similar)
- Experience with design systems and component-driven design
- Ability to conduct or partner on user research and translate insights into design
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, brand, and marketing
- Clear communication and stakeholder management
- Experience shipping consumer and client-facing product features
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers and engineering leads across the full product lifecycle from research to shipped pixels
- Lead interaction and visual design, creating user flows, high-fidelity screens, and prototypes
- Be the voice of the user and apply user-centered design methodologies to solve complex problems
- Contribute to and evolve the company design system, auditing components and ensuring consistent quality
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and cross-functional collaboration sessions
- Communicate design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders and advocate for design value
- Deliver multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of design excellence
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)
- Relevant coursework or continuous education in design, HCI, or related fields preferred
