people join meetings and say nothing. like… at all. It’s so hard to gauge if they’re confused, checked out, or just shy.
remote team bonding is hard. trivia games and icebreakers can feel like a Zoom hostage situation if you're not careful 😂

Managing 4 time zones across 3 continents. My 9am is someone’s midnight and it’s chaos. We finally just moved to async-first with one overlap block a day and it’s saved us.
Getting people to turn on their cameras without making it weird is my personal Everest 😭 half the time I feel like I’m talking to blank boxes and vibes.
