Remote team management ain’t easy… what’s your biggest struggle?

people join meetings and say nothing. like… at all. It’s so hard to gauge if they’re confused, checked out, or just shy.

It’s hard to see when someone’s burning out. In office you’d notice they looked tired or off.

Biggest issue? People not reading updates.

Managing 4 time zones across 3 continents. My 9am is someone’s midnight and it’s chaos. We finally just moved to async-first with one overlap block a day and it’s saved us.

Getting people to turn on their cameras without making it weird is my personal Everest 😭 half the time I feel like I’m talking to blank boxes and vibes.
