Got caught lying on my resume

So I stretched the truth a little on my CV (said I had more experience than I actually did). Thought it wouldn’t matter as long as I performed well. But now it looks like some coworkers figured it out and are talking.

I’m freaking out. They haven’t gone to management yet as far as I know, but I feel like I’m walking on a tightrope.
