It helps to end with a question like “Would you like me to expand on any part of that?” Makes it a two-way thing.

If you can say it in under 90 seconds, do it.

think of it like a sandwich: setup, story, result. don’t need the whole grocery list!

as someone who's interviewed a bunch, clarity > length. get to your point quick, then pause. they’ll ask if they want more.

If you feel like you're rambling, you probably are lol. Aim for 1–2 mins tops per answer unless they ask you to go deeper.
