It helps to end with a question like βWould you like me to expand on any part of that?β Makes it a two-way thing.
If you can say it in under 90 seconds, do it.
think of it like a sandwich: setup, story, result. donβt need the whole grocery list!
as someone who's interviewed a bunch, clarity > length. get to your point quick, then pause. theyβll ask if they want more.
Omg SAME. I practice my answers and they end up sounding like a podcast episode π
If you feel like you're rambling, you probably are lol. Aim for 1β2 mins tops per answer unless they ask you to go deeper.
