AE remote vs office position

I started remote and honestly felt lost at first. Slack isn’t the same as tapping someone’s shoulder 😅

Hybrid was best for me. A couple days in-office gave structure and helped me bond w/ the team, but I still had flexibility.

I’m fully remote and crushing quota. You just have to be proactive

Being in the office gave me access to convos I wouldn’t have heard otherwise. Random chats turned into learning moments.

remote is fine if your manager is hands-on and there’s solid onboarding. otherwise, ramp can feel sloooow.

Office helped me a lot in the first few months. Could ask questions on the fly, pick up on tone, see how top reps handled objections.
