Skills
- 7+ years software engineering experience with system architecture and distributed computing
- Proficiency in Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of agentic AI, LLM-based systems, and runtime orchestration
- Experience with end-to-end MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and continuous deployment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn and apply new AI frameworks and cloud-native technologies quickly
Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype early product concepts and iterate based on user feedback
- Architect and implement core software systems for agentic AI and autonomous workflows
- Balance speed of iteration with scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Define and implement the AI software stack including data pipelines and cloud-native services
- Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and business teams to bring concepts to production
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain technical edge
- Lead design of scalable MLOps and data infrastructures for model training and deployment
- Promote software engineering best practices including code quality, security, and CI/CD
- Foster a culture of technical excellence through mentorship and code reviews
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
