We are looking for an SEO & Web Design Specialist who will manage and execute key aspects of website design, SEO optimization, and content creation. This role involves building and updating websites, optimizing pages and Google Business Profiles for search visibility, and creating SEO-friendly content that engages customers and drives results.
1. Website Design & Management: Build and update client websites, create service and location pages, and ensure mobile responsiveness, fast loading, interactive live elements, and user-friendly design that delivers a seamless user experience..
2. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and semantic SEO, develop topical maps for content strategy, optimize on-page elements, manage Google Business Profiles, create detailed content briefs, implement local and technical SEO strategies, and monitor website performance. Ensure all SEO efforts align with user-friendly design that delivers a seamless and engaging experience while leveraging analytics to improve rankings, visibility.
3. Content Creation: Write SEO-friendly blogs, service and location pages, and website content, generating well-researched, high-quality material using NLP-driven insights. Develop content that aligns with topical maps, targets user intent, and supports SEO strategy while ensuring readability, engagement, and a seamless user experience.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, web design, and content creation, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing multiple client projects and delivering measurable results.
Web Design Skills: Proficient in WordPress with experience building responsive, fast-loading, interactive, and user-friendly websites. Must be able to create custom pages, integrate service/location pages, and ensure websites are optimized for both performance and user experience.
SEO Skills: Strong expertise in on-page, local, and technical SEO, including keyword research, semantic SEO, and topical mapping. Experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles, improving website rankings, and increasing visibility through data-driven SEO strategies.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly follow instructions, collaborate with team members, and coordinate across multiple projects. Must be comfortable reporting updates and progress to the team.
Self-Motivation & Time Management: Highly self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and adapting to evolving marketing strategies. Should be proactive in identifying opportunities for optimization and improvements across websites, SEO, and content.
