Verification Engineer - New College Grad

Overview

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional New College Grads to join our Engineering teams across various US locations such as San Jose (CA), Hillsboro (OR), Agoura Hills (CA), Chapel Hills (NC), and Atlanta (GA). Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.

 

As an Associate Member of Technical Staff (AMTS), the candidate will be reporting to the designated Engineering Manager and is a Full-Time position. The candidate will be joining a team to work on cutting edge memory and silicon IP technology shaping the future of data centers and high-performance systems.

 

Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for the majority of our office-based roles. We encourage employees to spend an average of at least three days per week working onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Design feature verification including the test development
  • Create verification environment using SV and UVM methodology
  • Contribute in development of bus functional models, monitors, checkers and scoreboards
  • Work with design team on design verification, debugging and bug resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
  • 0-1 year of verification experience
  • Verilog language knowledge and coding experience
  • Good on digital and analog design concepts
  • Good on C/C++ or any OOP based programming language
  • Exposure in HVL based verification with expertise in SV & OVM
  • Good in analytical problem solving
  • Highly motivated to learn protocols, verification flow and methodology
  • MUST have very good verbal and written communication skills

Rambus offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, equity, matching 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, time-off program, and gym membership.

 

The US salary range for this full-time position is $77,900 to $144,700.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
