PURPOSE:
The Business Transformation Senior Project Analyst is responsible for driving strategic transformation by delivering data-insights, completing workflow improvement initiatives, and ensuring the impact of key initiatives is well understood. This includes deeply understanding company data, interrogating data from multiple sources to develop insights, observing clinic operations, conducting time studies, and consolidating findings into digestible reports/presentations. The ideal candidate has an innate bias for data rigor, values process optimization, and is able to communicate findings clearly and succinctly.
