POSITION SPECIFICS
Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division I and Big Ten Conference Institution, is seeking a High Performance Specialist. This position exists within the High Performance Department and reports to the Associate Director for High Performance. The purpose of this position is to provide support for Penn State’s 31 varsity sports by assisting in the development of student-athlete health and performance.

BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES
This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $42,100.00 - $61,000.00.
