Privia Health™ is a technology-driven, national physician enablement company that collaborates with medical groups, health plans, and health systems to optimize physician practices, improve patient experiences, and reward doctors for delivering high-value care in both in-person and virtual settings. The Privia Platform is led by top industry talent and exceptional physician leadership, and consists of scalable operations and end-to-end, cloud-based technology that reduces unnecessary healthcare costs, achieves better outcomes, and improves the health of patients and the well-being of providers
Privia’s Technology Integration team gets our new providers up and running within the Privia ecosystem and provides ongoing IT support for providers and Privia teams. Our team is specifically responsible for coordinating all the work related to a new practice joining Privia – the team is the ‘quarterback’ for all IT onboarding activities: assessment of current IT equipment, installation of new hardware before go-live, implementation of interfaces to other healthcare partners (e.g. LabCorp and Quest), and migration of data from legacy systems into Privia. The team manages projects in all Privia markets across the country. This role, Technology Integration Associate, is specifically responsible for managing concurrent IT implementation projects, onboarding process improvement, and leading interface integration projects. The role reports to the Manager of Technology Integration.
The Technology Integration Associate plays a key role in the practice onboarding process by coordinating tasks across multiple teams and ensuring everything moves forward smoothly. While deep technical expertise isn’t required, the Associate must be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, spot risks early, escalate issues appropriately, and keep communication clear and consistent.
This role is best suited for a proactive project manager who anticipates needs, meets milestones, and works effectively within a cross-functional team. They should be confident explaining how technology supports providers, engaging comfortably with both medical professionals and vendors.
Because the role involves frequent interaction with doctors and their staff, strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance, help providers make informed decisions, and drive accountability to ensure tasks are completed on time and at a high standard. They are naturally curious, eager to learn new skills, and thrive as problem solvers who get things done with persistence and professionalism.
The salary range for this role is $67,000 to $75,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Technical Requirements (for remote workers only, not applicable for onsite/in office work):
In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This should be acquired prior to the start of your employment. The best measure of your internet speed is to use online speed tests like https://www.speedtest.net/. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
