Senior Program Manager (Consultant)

* We're specifically focusing on candidates located in the Seattle or greater-Seattle area in order to accommodate a flexible hybrid schedule for this opportunity. While this role does not have a strict hybrid requirement, we are seeking consultants who are comfortable going to Redmond, WA (onsite) when needed.*

We are seeking an experienced consultant with a proven track record of overseeing large, complex programs and driving impact in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives in ambiguity, can bring structure to evolving priorities, and ensures execution excellence from design through delivery. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholder groups—spanning Sales, Delivery, GTM, Product, and Regional teams—while effectively translating business objectives into actionable program strategies. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-visibility initiatives, optimize processes with automation, and deliver content and readiness programs that enable measurable business outcomes.

As a Senior Program Manager (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

Program Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement end-to-end program plans aligned with business goals.
  • Lead execution of onboarding improvements, customer evidence pipeline, and content readiness initiatives.
  • Define success metrics and track program performance against KPIs (e.g., renewal rates, content adoption, automation impact).

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery, GTM, Offering, and Regional Subsidiaries.
  • Facilitate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and feedback loops for program deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and transparency.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Identify manual workflows and lead automation efforts using AI and digital tools.
  • Integrate onboarding, QBR, and customer evidence processes into unified frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and customer feedback.

Content & Readiness Coordination

  • Oversee creation, localization, and deployment of training materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage Train the Trainer programs and readiness campaigns across segments and geographies.
  • Ensure delivery of standardized handbooks, learning bytes, and competitive readiness content.

This job is for you if:

  • You like helping people and don’t need to take credit for success. You’re patient and calm under pressure. You’re motivated and thrive in ambiguity. You know how to influence others without authority.
  • You are great at holding people accountable and influencing decision-making.
  • You’re humble. You view every experience as an opportunity to learn something new.
  • You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions. You don’t get easily discouraged. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it.
  • You pay attention to the details. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right every time. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
  • You think on your feet. You like learning new things, and you can learn quickly. When things change, you know how to roll with the punches.
  • You communicate clearly. You can explain almost anything to anyone, and you’re comfortable communicating in writing and meetings.

You have:

  • 8+ years of experience working in program management in a corporate work environment, particularly in the technology sector
  • Residency in Washington State
  • Experience articulating value propositions for services and solutions
  • Proven capability in building and refining programs and processes to drive efficiency and scale
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience dealing with ambiguous requests, while able to synthesize information into recommendations across a variety of audiences
  • Experience fostering and driving relationships across offerings or relevant business lines
  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Project Management frameworks
  • Exceptional skills with PowerPoint

You might also have:

  • Experience working as an FTE or contractor for a Fortune 100 company
  • Experience working as a consultant
  • PMP or other project management certification
