Skills
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain modules and implementation lifecycle
- Experience with Azure and Power Platform integrations
- Proven project management skills: budgeting, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate geographically distributed and multicultural teams
- PMP certification and Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain projects from scoping through post-implementation support
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure project success
- Create and manage project plans, resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and risks
- Lead cross-functional teams including technical resources, business analysts, and QA to deliver solutions
- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and escalate issues to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft Success by Design and established project governance
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in pre-sales activities: scoping, estimation, and proposal development
- Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack and Engineering for solution reviews and deep product insights
- Maintain project documentation and act as a liaison between consulting leadership and delivery teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field required
- Master's degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
