The Senior Director, AI Innovation is a transformational leader responsible for partnering with senior leaders and defining, measuring, driving, and operationalizing the organization’s AI and automation strategy, beginning within Revenue Cycle Management and then spreading throughout the organization. This role serves as the strategic connector between technology, operations, vendors, analytics, and RCM leadership to accelerate innovation, simplify complex workflows, reduce cost-to-collect, and improve both provider and patient financial experience.
The Senior Director, AI Innovation provides oversight of automation initiatives, including AI/ML models, RPA workflows, and advanced analytics ensuring they deliver measurable impact, scalability, and reliability. This leader builds and mentors a high-performing team that champions innovation, supports operational excellence, and drives continuous improvement across the organization, beginning with RCM.
Job responsibilities:
The salary range for this role is $140,000.00-$150,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 20% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
