Plains Regional Medical Center (PRMC) seeks a Quality Program Manager to lead, design, and support the quality program including clinical quality, patient safety, and continuous readiness to assure quality care and regulatory compliance. Work with hospital leadership to develop and implement quality improvement action plans. Function as an SME for quality methodologies, facilitating, coaching, and supporting quality initiatives. Responsible for identifying appropriate solutions for clinical initiatives in a timely manner and is actively involved in process redesign and re-engineering. Responsible for the Infection Control at PRMC and Employee Health/Occupational Health services programs at PRMC.

$15,000 Sign-on bonus and relocation stipend available for qualified candidates.
Bachelors degree in clinical field or bachelors degree with health care experience, 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
Masters degree preferred.
Required 3-5 years experience in health care quality. Clinical Quality experience with emphasis on clinical quality data and measurement, interdisciplinary support and performance improvement.
CPPS, CPHQ, risk management certification or other quality certification preferred.
