Qualifications: Minimum of 8-12 years in FP&A or accounting with 5+ years in international finance; a Bachelor's degree; strong interpersonal and managerial skills with experience in team development.

Reporting to the SVP of Finance, the primary objective of the Director of International Finance is to provide financial business partner support to the SVP of International Markets, focusing on facilitating and driving closure on cross functional operational initiatives in a timely and successful manner.
This key role will provide leadership to the Senior Vice President of International Markets and the International leadership teams as PowerSchool continues to develop operations and infrastructure in targeted international markets. They will be the financial liaison of the International business to other functional areas of the company and will provide critical business analysis and guidance to the International organization on a broad range of accounting, planning, and investment initiatives, ensuring the integrity of financial data, appropriate use of capital, and efficient and compliant operations. The role will also be responsible for presenting to management partners monthly financial metrics, operational KPIs, and ad-hoc project plans and results.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $142,700 - $192,500 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
