Responsibilities
- Own and manage company operational rhythms, calendars, and annual operating cadence
- Plan and coordinate internal events, workshops, offsites, and leadership sessions
- Prepare, track, and program-manage cross-functional initiatives led by the CEO
- Maintain operational data accuracy, reporting inputs, documentation, runbooks, and process guides
- Coordinate vendor workflows, renewals, and necessary operational follow-ups
- Support revenue enablement by compiling account summaries, usage reviews, and briefing materials
- Maintain HubSpot and revenue-related systems and state of readiness for executive conversations
- Assist with QA execution, release validation, and release readiness communication across teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Relevant coursework or background in business, operations, or project management is a plus
- Professional experience at startups or fast-growing SaaS companies valued
