- Proven experience delivering improvements across device lifecycle, MDM/MAM, VDI, identity/SSO, and collaboration tools
- Strong familiarity with service management (ITIL), support operations, and change management (ADKAR/Prosci)
- Fluency with project and reporting tools such as Jira/Azure Boards, Smartsheet, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel
- Excellent ability to translate technical details into business impact and communicate with stakeholders
- Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, and demonstrating ROI
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an end user experience improvement roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Define and track success metrics (customer satisfaction, adoption, resolution times) and identify improvement opportunities
- Write problem statements, business cases, and project charters with clear scope, timeline, and ROI
- Drive execution using Agile/Lean practices; manage risks, dependencies, change control, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, service desk, security, HR, communications) to deliver solutions
- Pilot, test, and standardize device builds, app configurations, and workflows
- Plan launches including training, communications, and support playbooks to ensure smooth transitions
- Instrument feedback loops (in-app prompts, surveys, forums) and analyze telemetry to guide improvements
- Create and maintain dashboards and quarterly reviews to surface insights and guide roadmap updates
- Manage vendors and budgets including evaluation, contract negotiation, and tracking value against spend
