About Pluribus Digital: Join us and do work that matters: use your skills to improve how your government serves the public! Pluribus Digital partners with our government customers to design, develop, and deliver useful and impactful digital products. We are a hands-on digital services consultancy – part technologists, part change agents, and all heart.  We employ modern best practices in all that we do as we work to solve problems in public health, financial industry regulation, granting citizenship and asylum, and identity and access management.

About the Role: The Program Analyst will provide critical program support through a combination of administrative, financial, and consultative responsibilities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced program environment. The Program Analyst will serve as a key liaison between program leadership, customer stakeholders, and internal operations teams, ensuring effective coordination, accurate reporting, and proactive issue resolution.

What You'll Do:

  • Program Administration & Compliance
    • Own and manage all program-level administrative processes, including clearance paperwork, required training tracking, administrative onboarding, and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) tracking.
    • Ensure program compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and training requirements.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting
    • Develop and maintain monthly financial status reports, including comparisons of baselines, plans, and actuals.
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including projections, what-if scenarios, and variance assessments.
    • Apply advanced Excel and data analysis skills to generate insights, models, and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as a point of contact for customer-facing communications, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness.
    • Deliver complex or sensitive messages diplomatically while maintaining strong working relationships.
    • Prepare customer-facing presentations and briefing materials that effectively communicate program financials, risks, and key insights.
    • Support customer meetings by preparing materials, capturing key takeaways, and following up on commitments.
  • Project Monitoring & Status Reporting
    • Coordinate with team leads to collect, consolidate, and track inputs for monthly status reports and other program deliverables.
    • Support program leadership on monitoring spend against defined objectives and escalate issues or risks when necessary.
    • Track and manage program action items, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Consultative Engagement & Issue Resolution
    • Provide advanced consultative communication, including the ability to tactfully push for answers, clarify ambiguities, and ensure accountability.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities within reporting, financial tracking, and administrative workflows.
    • Act as a trusted partner to program leadership by delivering insights, recommendations, and forward-looking analysis.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Program Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting government or large enterprise programs.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization.
  • Experience producing financial reports, conducting scenario-based analysis, and creating executive-level presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Experience with Unanet or similar (timekeeping, project cost tracking, financial reporting system)
  • Experience with federal contracting environments (preferred).
  • Located in the Washington, DC area with the ability to go onsite as needed is preferred.
  • Clearance eligibility (as required by the program).
