Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers during overnight shifts
- Educate customers on PLS products and services
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and maintain balanced cash drawer
- Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
- Resolve or escalate customer complaints to the Store Manager
- Maintain a neat, safe, and clean store environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- On-the-job training provided for POS and company procedures
