Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a strategic calendar of corporate events, team-building programs, private parties, tournaments, clinics, and special functions.
- Collaborate with the Director of Programming to design customized pickleball experiences and activities tailored to client goals.
- Work with marketing to promote events, generate inbound leads, and support sales campaigns.
- Prospect, pursue, and close new corporate partnerships and group booking opportunities to hit revenue targets.
- Conduct client consultations to understand objectives, budgets, and logistics; prepare proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with club General Managers and facility staff to manage space allocation, staffing, catering, signage, equipment, and schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events to ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction.
- Monitor event budgets, track profitability, maintain accurate CRM records, and report performance metrics to Operations.
- Gather and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve offerings and client experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant industry experience considered in lieu of degree
- 2+ years experience in operations, event planning, or coordination
