Corporate Events Manager

PickleRage, a growing indoor pickleball club franchisor, is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Corporate Events Manager to own the planning, sales, and execution of corporate events, team-building experiences, and large group bookings. The role will drive revenue, strengthen local partnerships, and elevate the club brand through outstanding event experiences while working remotely with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a strategic calendar of corporate events, team-building programs, private parties, tournaments, clinics, and special functions.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Programming to design customized pickleball experiences and activities tailored to client goals.
  • Work with marketing to promote events, generate inbound leads, and support sales campaigns.
  • Prospect, pursue, and close new corporate partnerships and group booking opportunities to hit revenue targets.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand objectives, budgets, and logistics; prepare proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with club General Managers and facility staff to manage space allocation, staffing, catering, signage, equipment, and schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events to ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor event budgets, track profitability, maintain accurate CRM records, and report performance metrics to Operations.
  • Gather and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve offerings and client experience.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant industry experience considered in lieu of degree
  • 2+ years experience in operations, event planning, or coordination

Benefits

  • Base salary $65,000–$85,000 plus annual bonus opportunity
