Responsibilities
- Lead facilities setup for new studio openings including utilities, security, and supplies
- Manage operational turnover, equipment testing, activation, and staff onboarding coordination
- Serve as on-call escalation point for studio facility issues including HVAC, plumbing, and power
- Coordinate vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and utility management
- Scope, approve, and manage renovations and improvements with internal teams and vendors
- Maintain facilities tracking systems and oversee procurement and budget for maintenance expenses
Education
- Minimum age 18 and eligibility to work in the United States
