Responsibilities
- Design and evolve support operations, processes, and runbooks that scale with company growth
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to architect and deliver onboarding experiences for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-facing technical issues across APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor platform health, identify systemic issues, and partner with engineering to remediate before client impact
- Lead post-incident reviews and document lessons learned to improve reliability and processes
- Act as a technical advocate for clients, building trusted relationships with institutional customers
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, onboarding materials, and best-practice documentation
- Stay current on fintech, blockchain, and cloud trends and recommend improvements to products and support tooling
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent technical experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
