What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Each day, the Head of Chatting (Sales) reviews revenue reports to identify which creators, campaigns, and chatters performed best. Based on insights, they adjust scripts, offers, and team targets in real time. They communicate throughout the day with chat sales representatives, reviewing conversations, optimizing tone, and coaching on emotional selling techniques. The day may include running A/B tests on new offers, meeting with marketing leaders to align promotional strategies, and holding performance reviews to recognize top performers or train underperformers. The ultimate focus every day: maximize revenue, optimize performance, and improve conversion across every chat interaction.
